Life can be overwhelming, demanding, stressful, confusing, especially amidst the hustle and the bustle of NYC. I work with New Yorkers who seem to have it all together on the surface but find themselves feeling stuck, not enough anxious, burnt out/stressed, overwhelmed, lonely and depressed. In therapy, I guide and support individuals in better understanding and processing past experiences, working through present day challenges and identifying ways to take practical steps forward so that they can make sustainable and meaningful change in their relationships and lives.

My style is to be collaborative, empowering and practical offering empathy, insight and guidance in sessions. While therapy is hard work, it is also an enriching, enlightening, and rewarding experience filled with “aha” moments and at times humor and laughter.

Services

I provide virtual and in person therapy to individuals residing in the state of NY. My specializations include anxiety, depression, relational issues, family of origin issues, trauma, burnout/stress, addictive tendencies. and Asian American mental health.


I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), a form of therapy to process images, feelings, thoughts related to a distressing or disturbing experience.
